2. What Kind of Leader Are You?
When you take on a leading role, in whatever capacity that may be, it is important to understand what your leadership style is and how to apply it. Here is a brief run-down of what leadership styles look like and why they are important!
Although, there isn’t a definitive number of leadership styles to identify as, there are several that are common when discussing this topic. They include:
Coach, Visionary, Servant, Autocratic, Laissez-Faire, Democratic, Pacesetter, Transformational, Transactional, Bureaucratic.
I am including the link to an article from Indeed, which does a great job of going over these styles in detail. The link is here. https://www.indeed.com/career-advice/career-development/10-common-leadership-styles
There is also another link to the site verywellmind that explains the most well-known styles.
